Phonebook Folder
Use the folder to create the phone directory to be displayed on . Add 2N Helios IP
®
users and user groups to the phone directory structure.
Set the colour scheme and font for each item. Select before adding an item to Theme
the phone directory for bulk setting.
Use the content menu displayed by the right-hand mouse button to arrange and
remove items. A group is processed as a single item containing users assigned to the
given user group. The list is updated after every change and new users are added to
the end of the group. Arrange the group users alphabetically in the context menu.
