5.7 ComInput configuration
The ComInput application converts data that are received via a serial interface into key sequences and
then feeds them into the Windows operating system. The data from an RFID reader or barcode scanner
can thereby be automatically directed to the active application without any additional work.

The functionality of the application can be activated or deactivated at any time via the interface
integrated in the Configuration Center. The serial interface to be used can be selected after activating
the service from the list of available interfaces.
