Troubleshooting Guide - General
PROBLEM
Blade hits table.
Angle of cut not accurate.
Cannot move miter adjustment.
Head assembly will not fully rise
or blade guard will not fully close.
Blade binds, jams, burns wood.
Rough cuts.
Tool vibrates or shakes.
Head assembly does not move
to 45º bevel position.
Blade does not completely cut
workpiece.
Head assembly does not slide
freely when attempting a slide cut.
Head assembly slides forward
and back when making a chop cut.
