ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR FM228, FM229

IMPORTANT
TURN OFF THE POWER
AT THE MAIN FUSE
OR CIRCUIT BREAKER
BOX BEFORE
STARTING INSTALLATION
Carefully unpack and identify
all parts before assembly. Bulbs
are not included.
1. Follow enclosed “Multiple
Fixture Installation Instructions”
for electrical and fixture installation
onto ceiling outlet box.
2. Install bulbs (Not included). See
relamping label located at socket
area for type and maximum
allowed wattage.
3. Place glass shade into trim ring.
Align holes in trim ring with holes
in ceiling pan. secure with three
ball cap screws.
