Use Dough mode and 2 Dough menu

1.

Place dough on lightly floured surface. Let dough rise
for 5 minutes. With a lightly floured rolling pin, roll
dough into a 4-inch thick rectangle. Square off
edges. If desired, brush the surface with egg wash and
sprinkle lightly with grated parmesan or cheddar
cheese or desired seed, herbs or spices.

Cut into 8-inch long by 4-inch wide strips. Carefully
place on a lightly greased baking sheet, allowing 2-
inch between each.

Bake in preheated oven at 375˚F/190˚C for 15 to 20
minutes, or until golden brown.
