April 10, 2014 • The audio receivers that were having issues decoding the

VGA audio should now decode (this is yet to be verified).

• When the unit powers up from Standby using a VGA

laptop, the signal is transmitted on the CAT5.

• HDMI Sources will drop the Video Signal when the unit

goes into Standby or is powered down

• Faster Switching and response time to the user.

• The timers are more reliable.

• The wakeup time from an HDMI source will take about 3

seconds.

• EDID will be read properly every time by the source on

unit power up, on Wakeup from standby and on

unplugging and plugging in of the source cable.

• The unit will not go to standby, ever, based on No

Activity. It will still go to standby within 30 minutes of no

signal detection.

• HDMI will wake up the unit even when a VGA source is

plugged in.

• If there is no monitor connected in EDID pass through

mode, the sources will read a default resolution of

1024x768.

• When the unit wakes up from Standby it will switch over

to the input that resulted in the wake up.

• The VGA signal will not drop out when the HDMI signal is

removed.

• Occasional issue where VGA image is shifted to the left is

rectified.

June 27, 2014 • VGA Audio should work with all displays, audio receivers

and projectors. The issue was in the audio infoframe

information being sent to the sink device.

• All Displays will display the proper resolution when

presenting a 1080p picture from the VGA input. The

issue was the use of 1080i timing instead of the proper

1080p timing information
