This is a class IIa medical device and fulfils the provisions of the medical devices directive 93/42/EEC. Blood
pressure measurements determined with this device are equivalent to those obtained by a trained observer
using the cuff/stethoscope auscultation method, within the limits prescribed by EU standard EN1060 non
invasive sphygmomanometers.
