 Hexagon socket screw M6 × 16
 Spring washer M6
 Tooth lock washer M6
1. Put the cover on the air lock.
2. Fix the cover to the air lock using 3 hexagon socket screws and spring washers.
3. Ground the cover at the air lock using 1 hexagon socket screw, spring washer and tooth lock
washer.
