Installation

6. Loosen the column clamps and lower the clamps with the chamber

mounting plates resting on top so that the membrane just touches the lower
pullrod.

7. Make sure the column clamps and chamber mounting plates are level.

8. Tighten the column clamps onto the columns. Secure the chamber mounting

plates to the column clamps.

9. Push a couple sockethead cap screws up through the mounting holes in the

lower pullrod. Line up the screws with the threaded holes in the pullrod
attachment and place the pullrod attachment on top of the lower pullrod.
Install the eight sockethead cap screws. Snug in place; do not tighten.

10. Ensure that pieces are positioned properly. Make sure the chamber base is

level, the membrane is parallel with the lower pullrod, and the pullrod
attachment is positioned properly in the pilot and resting evenly on the
membrane.

11. Tighten the eight sockethead cap screws. Tighten screws evenly in a

crisscross pattern.

12. Install the sprayers onto the appropriate fittings on the chamber base. Push

the jointed tubing onto the fittings until secure. There are no fasteners.

13. Install the heater coil. Place the heater coil over the spray nozzles and

tighten the compression fittings.

14. Install the lower chamber extension onto the chamber base.

15. Install the upper chamber extension onto the lower chamber extension.

16. Install the chamber cover halves onto the upper chamber extension.
