Connecting Hoses to the 658.25

The following illustration provides information on connecting the various hoses,
manual shutoff clamps, and quick-disconnects.

Important

When connecting hoses to the chamber fittings, do not use Teflon
tape or pipe sealant of any kind.

OR

4. Push a quick-disconnect
fitting onto the tubing.

1. Cut tubing to appropriate
length and push the tubing
onto the fittings.

Chamber base (bottom view)

2. Cut tubing to appropriate
length and push the tubing
onto the fitting.

3. Slide a manual shutoff
clamp over the tubing.

6. Cut tubing to the appropriate
length and push the tubing onto
the fitting. Secure with a hose
clamp.

5. Repeat Steps 2, 3,
and 4 for the remaining
chamber hose fittings.

8. Push a quick-disconnect
fitting onto the tubing.

7. Slide a manual shutoff
clamp over the tubing.

9. Repeat Steps 6, 7, and 8
for the remaining heater
circulator bath fittings.

10. Connect the heating
circulator bath hoses to the
desired chamber spray or
heater hoses.
