FIGURE 13 REFLECTOR SLIDE

For 20ft and 30ft lengths reflector slides are pro-
vided to support and attach one focus shield re-
flector to another. Slide focus shield reflector (1)
over reflector slide (2), fit focus shield reflector
standing edge (3) into reflector slide lip (4). Fo-
cus shield reflectors should touch at centre of
reflector slide. ( SEE FIG: 13 BELOW)
Reflectors must BE FREE To slide due to ex-
pansion. Do not hard fasten. DO NOT SCREW
REFLECTORS AND SLIDES TOGETHER

Each focus shield reflector section can be
individually adjusted to either side, up to 45

O

from horizontal, by orienting the hangers
appropriately. SEE FIG: 14 & 15 (page 11).

Note: Each heater comes with one 9’5”
reflector, the balance of reflectors for each
heater are 9’ 8” long. The 9’ 5” reflector can
be mounted in any location.

Note that for both horizontal and angle
mounting, the tube must be level. Improper
mounting can result in overheating of
controls and combustible materials. Use only
non-combustible mounting hardware.

Side reflectors can be added to the heaters as
an option. They should be secured directly to
the focus-shield reflector using "S" hooks or
chains. Drill three holes into reflector flange
along side that matches up with three holes
already in side reflector. Mount side
reflector as close as possible to the focus-
shield reflector.
