2) Schiebereichung
Sollte nach Eichung der Rührwerke weiterhin ein
Mengenunterschied zwischen beiden Seiten festgestellt
werden, folgendermaßen verfahren :
Œ
- Menge auf 35 einstellen.
- Schieber öffnen.

- Das Öffnungsmaß muß am linken und rechten Schieber
das gleiche sein (34 mm).
Ž
- Wenn nicht, die Stellung der Ablesmarkierung auf dem
Hebel nachstellen.
Das Maß kann z. B. 36 mm betragen, wichtig ist, daß
die beiden Maße übereinstimmen.
b) Kontrolle der Breiteneichung
• Breitenzuführorgan :
- Sollte trotz Schaufeln in gutem Zustand und Kontrolle
mittels der Uberlappungswannen eine große
Streuasymmetrie in Bezug auf die Maschinenmitte
festgestellt werden, folgende Eichungen kontrollieren:
- Die Spitze des Zuführorganes

oberhalb der
Streuscheibenmitte ausrichten.
- Die Einstellung muß 132 anzeigen, wenn nicht, die
Ablesmarkierung des Hebels einstellen.
- Skale blockieren. Die linken und rechten Zuführorgane
eichen.

2) Flap calibration
Having calibrated the agitators, if a difference in the flow rate
between one side and the other is still noticed, proceed as
follows :
Œ
- Set the flow rate marker to 35.
- Open the flap.

- The size of the opening should be the same on the
right-hand and left-hand flap (34 mm).
Ž
- If this is not the case, adjust the position of the marker
on the lever.
The size may be 36 mm, for instance; it is more
important that the two sides are identical.
b) Width calibration check
• Spreading chutes :
- If you observe a significant lack of symmetry in spreading
in relation to the centre of the machine, please check the
following calibrations. The problem should be checked
with blades in good condition and using covering bins.
- Position the tip of the chute

above the centre of the
spreading disc.
- The setting should be 132; if this is not the case, adjust
the setting on the lever.
- Secure the graduated quadrant. Calibrate the right-hand
and left-hand chutes.
2) Etalonnage trappe
Si après avoir étalonné les agitateurs, vous observez toujours
une différence de débit d’un côté par rapport à l’autre ;
procéder de la manière suivante :
Œ
- Mettre le repère de débit à 35.
- Ouvrir la trappe.

- Vous devez avoir la même cote aux trappes droite et
gauche (34 mm).
Ž
- Si ce n’est pas le cas, ajuster la position du repère de
lecture sur le levier.
La cote peut être de 36 mm par exemple, le plus
important, est que les deux côtés soient identiques.
b) Contrôle étalonnage largeur
• Goulottes de largeur :
- Si vous observez une dissymétrie importante de
l’épandage par rapport au centre de la machine, veuillez
contrôler les étalonnages suivants. Le problème doit être
observé avec des pales en bon état et contrôlé à l’aide des
bacs de recouvrement.
- Positionner la pointe de la goulotte

au-dessus du
centre du disque d’épandage.
- Le réglage doit être 132, si ce n'est pas le cas, régler le
repère de lecture du levier
- Bloquer le secteur gradué. Etalonner les goulottes droite
et gauche.
