g) Montage der Riemen
• Zum Montieren der Riemen die Turbine möglichst nahe an
die Riemenscheibe stellen:
- Hebel

- Ihn am Ende des Armes

ansetzen
a) diesen Arm vom Halter lösen
b) sanft heben, um die Federspannung zu verringern
- Riemen montieren
- Feder wieder mit Hilfe des Hebels spannen und Arm blockiere
- Prüfen, ob die Riemen gut positioniert und gefluchtet sind.
- Endanschlag des Turbinenarms kontrollieren (vgl. Abschnitt K).
h) Benutzung der Turbine
- Die Drehzahl der Turbine beträgt 2800 U/Min.
- Mit einem Minimum von 2300 U/Min und einem Maximum
von 3500 U/Min.
- Beiliegende Benutzungsanweisung Sulky TRONIC sorgfältig
lesen.
- Bei staubigen Bedingungen wird die Verwendung des
Turbinenfilters dringend empfohlen.
- Zapfwelle auf eine kleine Motordrehzahl stellen.
- Zur Benutzung der Hydraulikturbine (s. Kapitel 1).

g) Fitting the belts
• Bring the turbine as close as possible to the pulley in order
to fit the belts:
- Take hold of lever

- Insert it on lug

a) release this support arm
b) lift gently to relax the spring
- Fit the belts
- Using the lever, tension the spring again and secure the arm
- Check that the belts are correctly positioned and aligned.
- Check the limit of travel on the turbine arm (see paragraph K).
h) Using the turbine
- The turbine speed is 2800 rpm.
- With a minimum of 2300 rpm and a maximum of 3500 rpm.
- Read the enclosed Sulky Tronic user manual carefully.
- Check regularly that the turbine screen is clean to ensure
effective operation of the pneumatic transport system.
- Use of the turbine filter is strongly recommended in dusty
conditions.
- Engage the PTO at a low engine speed.
- See section 1 for use of the hydraulic turbine.
g) Montage des courroies
• Mettre la turbine en position la plus proche de la poulie
pour pouvoir monter les courroies :
- Prendre le levier

- Le placer en bout de bras

a) débloquer ce bras du support
b) lever doucement de manière à détendre le ressort
- Monter les courroies
- Retendre le ressort à l'aide du levier et bloquer le bras
- Vérifier que les courroies sont bien en position et alignées
- Vérifier la fin de course du bras de la turbine (voir paragraphe K)
h) Utilisation de la turbine
- Le régime de la turbine est de 2800 tr/min
- Avec un minimum de 2300 tr/min et un maximum de
3500 tr/min
- Lire attentivement la notice d’utilisation Sulky TRONIC jointe.
- Contrôler régulièrement la propreté de la grille de la turbine
pour garantir un bon fonctionnement du transport pneumatique
- L'utilisation du filtre de turbine est vivement conseillé dans
des conditions poussiéreuses.
- Embrayer la prise de force à un régime moteur réduit
- Pour l’utilisation de la turbine hydraulique (voir chapitre 1)
