Efface traces
Afin de réduire les traces laissées par les roues du
tracteur lors de la préparation du lit de semence le
cultiline VR peut etre équipé d’effaceurs de traces .
a) Modèle dent non stop
- Monter les supports sur le cultiline VR et les
fixer symétriquement à droite et à gauche
- Monter les dents régler la profondeur (il est
conseillé de ne pas dépasser 10 cm )
Le déclenchement de la sécurité est pré-réglé en
usine .
le ressort ne doit jamais se retrouver en
position de spire jointives .
b) Modèle dent vibro
Montage idem dent non stop
Réglage: Il est conseillé de ne pas dépasser la
profondeur de 10 cm
Réglage de la Planche niveleuse avant
a) Elle est montée à l’avant de la machine.
Elle permet de réaliser un écrêtement superficiel,
ne pas faire un réglage trop profond.
Bien respecter le sens du montage, la partie
pointue doit être orientée vers l’avant, comme sur
la photo.
b) Réglage
- Prendre le levier.
- Mettre le piton dans le trou supérieur du
support de la planche.
- Lever légèrement et retirer l’axe.
- Mettre à un autre réglage.
- Renouveller l’opération à droite et à gauche
simultanément.
R EMARQUE :
Réaliser l’opération de réglage moteur du tracteur à
l’arrêt.

La planche niveleuse avant est incompatible avec les
effaces Traces

Spurlockerung
Um die durch die Schlepperräder bei der
Saatbettbereitung hinterlassenen Spuren zu mindern,
kann der Cultiline VR mit Spurlockerern ausgestattet
werden.
a) Typ Non-Stopp Zinken
- Träger auf den Cultiline VR montieren und
symmetrisch links und rechts befestigen.
- Zinken montieren, Tiefe einstellen (Empfehlung:
höchstens 10 cm)
Die Auslösung der Sicherheitsvorrichtung ist im
Werk voreingestellt..
Dafür sorgen, dass die Federn niemals
nebeneinander zu liegen kommen.
b) Typ Vibrier-Zinken
Montage wie beim Non-Stopp Zinken
Einstellung: Empfehlung: höchstens 10 cm Tiefe
Einstellen der Planierschiene vorne
a) Die Planierschiene ist vorne an der
Maschine angebracht.
Mit der Schiene kann die Bodenoberfläche leicht
eingeebnet werden, nicht zu tief einstellen.
Montagerichtung beachten, die spitze Seite muss
nach vorn zeigen, wie auf der Abbildung.
b) Einstellung
- Hebel in die Hand nehmen.
- Bolzen in das obere Loch des Balkenträgers
stecken.
- Leicht anheben und Achse herausnehmen.
- Andere Einstellung vornehmen.
- Vorgang rechts und links gleichzeitig
wiederholen.
A NMERKUNG .
Einstellvorgang bei Stillstand des Schleppermotors
durchführen.

ICHTIG :
Die vordere Planierschiene kann nicht mit der
Spurlockerung verwendet werden
Track eradicators
In order to reduce the tracks left by the tractor wheels
when preparing the seed bed, the cultiline VR may be
fitted with track eradicators .
a) Non-stop tine model
- Fit the supports onto the cultiline VR and fix
them symmetrically on the right and left hand
sides
- Fit the tines and set their depth (you are advised
not to exceed 10 cm)
The safety mechanism release is pre-set in the
factory.
The spring should never be fully compressed
b) Vibra-tine model
Identical assembly to the non-stop tine model
Settings: You are advised not to exceed a depth of 10 cm
Setting the front levelling bar
a) The bar is fitted to the front of the machine.
It is used for superficial levelling only, so do not
set it too deep.
Make sure that you fit it the right way round, with
the working edge facing forwards as in the
illustration.
b) Setting
- Take hold of the lever.
- Place the peg in the upper hole on the bar
mounting.
- Raise slightly and withdraw the pin.
- Adjust to a new setting.
- Repeat on the left- and right-hand sides at
the same time.
NB:
Ensure that the tractor’s engine is switched off
before carrying out any adjustments.

MPORTANT :
The front levelling bar is not compatible for use with
the track eradicators.
