OFF No power or no network access
Flashing GRN/OFF On-line but not connected
Solid GRN On-line and connected
Flashing RED/OFF Connection time-out
Solid RED Critical network failure
I/O Status (IO)
OFF No power or outputs off
Flashing GRN/OFF Idle/program mode - one or more I/O modules in Idle Mode
Solid GRN Device operational - all I/O modules in Run Mode
Flashing RED/OFF Recoverable fault - one or more I/O modules may be in Fault Mode
Solid RED Unrecoverable fault - one or more I/O modules may be in Fault Mode
Diagnostic Status (DIAG)
OFF No power or no diagnostics running
Flashing Amber Main Program detected an error - number of flashes indicates the error
Flashing Green/OFF Diagnostic self-tests are in progress
Flashing RED/OFF Diagnostics found error - number of flashes indicates which test failed
• One flash- RAM test failed
• Two flashes- Boot program checksum failed
• Three flashes- Main program checksum failed
• Four flashes- Configuration checksum failed
• Five flashes- Access to program or configuration failed
• Six flashes - Backplane power fault (Series B only)
Solid RED Watchdog tripped
