Theuser manuals include the information about installing, configuring, and
programming a full range of terminals compatible with FactoryTalk View Machine
Edition.
Install
PanelView Plus 7, PanelView Plus 6, PanelView Plus, and PanelView Plus CE terminals all come
with FactoryTalk View ME Station already installed.
Start
You can start FactoryTalk View ME Station manually, or you can set up the program to
start automatically when the terminal is turned on.
1. On the terminal desktop, double-click the FTView ME Station icon.
2. Locate MERuntime.exe in
 \Windows\ on PanelView Plus 7 and PanelVeiw Plus 6 terminals
 \Storage Card\Rockwell Software\RSViewME\ on PanelView Plus and
PanelView Plus CE terminals
3. Double-click MERuntime.exe, and the FactoryTalk View ME Station dialog box
opens.
Start automatically
You can set up FactoryTalk View ME Station to start automatically and run a particular
application when the PanelView Plus 7, PanelView Plus 6, PanelView Plus, or PanelView
Plus CE terminal is turned on.
Run applications
Before you can run an application on the PanelView Plus 7, PanelView Plus 6, PanelView
Plus, or PanelView Plus CE terminal, you must transfer it to the terminal.
