9. If not already open, start FactoryTalk View ME Station.
10. In the FactoryTalk View ME Station dialog box, click Load Application.
11. Select the sample application’s .mer file, and then click Load.
12. To replace the terminal’s current communication configuration with the application’s
communication configuration, click Yes. Click No to keep the terminal’s current
communication configuration.
If you click Yes, the application’s RSLinx Enterprise communication settings replace
the settings that were on the terminal. You are warned that the new settings will
overwrite the settings in the System folder.
13. To overwrite the existing settings, click Yes. To retain the existing settings, click No.
The application name is displayed in the Current application field in the FactoryTalk
View ME Station dialog box.
14. To run the application, click Run Application.

If necessary, you can reinstall or upgrade FactoryTalk View ME Station on the PanelView
Plus 7, PanelView Plus 6, PanelView Plus, and PanelView Plus CE terminals using the
