Select the Serial Port that the controller is connected to. Click OK on the Configure Controller
window to accept the default settings for the controller.
Note: If you wish to change any settings or have purchased an
alternative scroll control device, refer to the section “Different ways
to control scrolling” for detailed controller configuration guidance.
Create and prompt scripts
QPro can be used to create simple or multiple scripts, multiple scripts can be combined into
rundowns. Rundowns are useful where more than one presenter will be reading the scripts or if
you are preparing a broadcast with several stories.
Write a script
When you start QPro a blank Script Editor window is displayed.
You can immediately start to type your script into this window or you can open an existing file.
