Save your script

Click the Save button or select File >> Save from the Script Editor menu bar

Note: QPro has an “auto-save” function which will ask you to save

your work if you have not already done so.

Prompt your script

When you have prepared and saved your script, you can display it on a monitor for a
speaker or presenter to read.

Start prompting

You can begin prompting by selecting Prompt >> Begin Prompting from the Script Editor
menu bar or click the Begin Prompting button on the button bar.

When you enter prompt mode for the first time your computer screen will
need to be calibrated.

The prompt output will shake slightly for approximately 15 seconds.

After calibration has ended the Script Editor window will be displayed again. You will need to

select Prompt >> Begin Prompting again, your script will be displayed on your computer monitor.

Note: If you have an additional monitor attached to your computer or

you are using an on-camera unit to display your script refer to
the section “Using a second monitor” for information about
configuring them to work with QPro.

Use your connected scroll controller to scroll your script.

Stop prompting

Press the ESC key on the computer keyboard to stop prompting and return to the script editor

window.
