Getting started
This section is designed to get your system setup as quickly as possible so that you
start writing and prompting your scripts. It is written to reflect the most common
combination of software and hardware that Autocue supplies to customers: QPro
software with a 2-Button Serial scroll controller.
Equipment you will need
In order to install and operate QPro you will need the following equipment:
 Computer with monitor and PS2 or USB keyboard/mouse or a laptop computer
 QPro CD-ROM
 USB hardware licence dongle
 2-button serial scroll controller
If you have also purchased an on-camera unit to use with the software, refer to
the documentation received with the various components for guidance on
assembling your OCU.
Install the QPro software
Insert the software CD into your computer and click on Install Software.
The installation wizard will display a screen showing the options available.
Click the Install software button.
