street address, city, state, and zip code

telephone number, including area code and country code (if
applicable)
•
product serial number
•
a detailed description of the problem
•
the preferred method of return shipment
•
RMA number clearly marked on both the inside and outside
of the package
Do not return accessories such as power cord and owner’s manu-
als unless instructed to do so.
