3.15 Fiber Optic Cable Installation
1. Install the through-hole protector for the fiber-optic cable in the hole in connection panel on the back of
the Module.
2. Pass the fiber-optic cable connector through the hole in connection panel on the back of the Module.
Pass enough of the cable into the Module to allow the cable to loop upward as shown.
CAUTION
Avoid kinking, twisting, or bunching the fiber optic cable. The cable can be damaged by being forced
into tight-radius turns.
