Mount Wirefeeders to the Trolley Kit
A. Transmig VAF 4HD, Transmig VAF 4, UltraFeed
VAF-4 and UltraFeed VAF-4HD
NOTE
The Wirefeeders shall be mounted and se-
cured to the base plate before the installation
of Casters. Otherwise, mounting holes for the
wirefeeders will be covered.
1. Turn the wire feeder over and remove the 4 foot-
mounting screws with a #2 philips screwdriver.
2. Discard the rubber feet and the screws.
3. Place the wire feeder on the base plate and align the
now vacant foot-screw holes with the 4 round holes
on the base plate as indicated.

4. Pass 4 M6 Countersunk Hex Socket Screws (item 4)
through the base plate holes and thread them into the
4 foot-screw holes in the wire feeder. Tighten securely
with a #4 allen key.
5. Install Swivel Casters (front) and Fixed Casters (rear).
Align flange holes of the casters with the studs on
the back side of the base plate. Place a M8 Spring
Washer (item 5) and M8 Hex Nut (item 6) over each
of the Caster Studs. Tighten the nuts securely with a
ratchet wrench.
NOTE
The 2 outside flange holes of the swivel
casters will keep vacant.
