SPOOL COVER ASSEMBLY (W4016300) INSTRUCTIONS
Assembly Procedure For WeldSkill 4R Wirefeeder
1. Remove the spool hub assembly in the sequence as shown in the figure below (except for the spool hub
base).

2. Remove the spool hub base and the spool cover by loosening the M8 bolt.

3. Fit the new spool cover and spool hub base using the M8 fasteners. (Please refer to Figure 7)
