1. Excitation Filter Holder
Holds the excitation filter in place. The exci-
tation filter selects the wavelength of the light
which will illuminate the sample and excite
fluorescence.
2. Cuvette Holder
Holds cuvette in place. The cuvette holder can
be removed by pressing the two tabs inward
and pulling upward.
3. Emission Filter Holder
Holds the emission filter in place. The emis-
sion filter selects the emitted fluorescent light
that is detected by the fluorescence detector
circuitry.
