Settings

Changing Units of Measure

1. Press

2. Select units of measure for

distance, elevation, weight/height,

pace/speed, and position.

Using the Weight Scale

If you have an ANT+ compatible

weight scale, the device can read the

data from the weight scale.

1. Press

2. Select

Enabled

Yes

3. From the timer page, press and

quickly release .

A “Scanning for scale” message

appears.

4. Stand on the scale when the light

flashes.

note: If using a body

composition scale, remove shoes

and socks to ensure that all body

composition parameters are read

and recorded.

5. Step off the scale when the light

remains solid.

note: If an error occurs, step

off the scale. Step on when

indicated.

Weight, body fat, and body hydration

readings display on your device.

Additional weight scale readings are

stored on the device, and all readings

are automatically sent to your

computer when you transfer history

To link your device to compatible

fitness equipment, look for the ANT+
