The FliteDeck opening Welcome dialog displays navdata and chart cycle information
with a checkbox "Don't show this warning again". When the box is checked, as long
as the data is current, FliteDeck skips the Welcome message on program opening.
To display the Welcome message and cycle information again, go to the Setup
Warning tab and check Reset All Program Warnings.
