Press [ ] or [ ] to select <REPORTS/LISTS>
➞ press [Set] twice.
Adjusting the ACTIVITY REPORT Setting
You can set the machine to turn on or off automatic printing of the ACTIVITY
REPORT.
Follow this procedure to adjust this setting:

Press [Menu].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <FAX SETTINGS>
➞ press [Set].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <REPORT SETTINGS>
➞ press [Set].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select <ACTIVITY REPORT>
➞ press [Set].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select the setting you want
➞ press [Set].
You can select from the following:
- <AUTO PRINT ON> to turn on automatic printing of the ACTIVITY REPORT
- <AUTO PRINT OFF> to turn off automatic printing of the ACTIVITY REPORT

Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.
