Prints a report every time you receive a
document.

3. ACTIVITY REPORT

Enables/disables automatic printing of a
transaction report after every 20 transactions.

AUTO PRINT ON

Prints a report automatically after every 20
transactions.

AUTO PRINT OFF

No ACTIVITY REPORT is printed.

TX SETTINGS

Sets the transmission functions.

1. PAUSE TIME

Sets the length of the pause you insert into a
dialing sequence.
1SEC to 15SEC (2SEC)

2. AUTO REDIAL

Sets whether to perform automatic redial when
the other line is busy or no answer.

ON

Customizes the redial operation.

1. REDIAL TIMES

Sets the number of retries.
1TIMES to 8TIMES (2TIMES)

2. REDIAL INTERVAL

Sets period of time between redialings.
2MIN. to 99MIN. (2MIN.)

OFF

After the first attempt at dialing fails, redialing is
not attempted.

Sets the transmission speed for all documents

it receives faxes when the machine is set to <FAX
ONLY MODE>.

RING COUNT

Specifies the number of incoming rings before the
machine receives faxes.

3. MAN/AUTO SWITCH

Sets whether the machine switches to the
document receive mode after the connected
extension telephone rings for a specified length of
time in the manual receive mode.
