Removing the Hard Drive
1.
Follow the procedures in
Before Working Inside Your Computer

2.
Remove the
battery
from the computer.
3.
Loosen the captive screw that secures the hard drive access panel to the bottom of the computer.
4.
Lift the hard drive access panel.
