Note: Do this step only when no backups are currently running, as restarting the services causes backup
jobs to fail. Double- click on the services one at a time.
If you are using local synced accounts rather than the AD account, make sure that there is a “.\”in front of
the user name. [move this before the step – that’s when the user needs this info]
d. Click OK.
e. Restart the NetBackup services from command line to take effect:
