Subscriber Identity Module
Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) identifies users uniquely through an International Mobile Subscriber Identity card.
Installing the SIM
1.
Follow the instructions in

Remove the battery (see
Removing the Battery
).
3.
In the battery bay, slide the SIM into the compartment.
4.
Replace the battery (see
Replacing the Battery
).

Press the SIM into the compartment to release it. When it is partially ejected, remove the SIM from the battery bay.

Wireless Mini-Cards
If you ordered a wireless Mini-Card with your computer, the card is already installed.
Your computer supports two Mini-Card slots:

One full Mini-Card slot - for Mobile Broadband or Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN)
