Disconnect the inverter board.

Lift the inverter board out of the computer.
Replacing the Inverter Board
1.
Place the inverter board inside the display bezel.
2.
Attach the inverter board connector.
3.
Replace M2.5x5-mm screw.
Replacing the Display Panel
1.
Reconnect the top display-cable connector to the top flex-cable connector.
2.
Reconnect the bottom flex-cable connector to the inverter connector.
3.
Place the display panel inside the display back cover.
4.
Replace the two M2.5x3-mm, the two M2.5x5-mm, and the four M2x3- mm screws in sequential order (two on each side of the display panel).

NOTE:
The eight screw locations are numbered. Replace the screws in sequential order.
