Replacing the Palm Rest

Procedure
1 Route the hard drive cable through the routing guides on the palm-rest assembly.
2 Slide the USB-board cable into the connector latch and press down the latch to
connect the USB-board cable to the palm-rest assembly.

1 Replace the power-adapter port. See "Replacing the Power-Adapter Port" on
page 56.
2 Replace the system board. See "Replacing the System Board" on page 48.
3 Replace the display assembly. See "Replacing the Display Assembly" on page 53.
4 Replace the speakers. See "Replacing the Speakers" on page 43
