Removing the Microphone
1.
Follow the instructions in
Before You Begin
.
2.
Follow the instructions in
Removing the Palm Rest
.
3.
Disconnect the microphone cable from the system board connector.
4.
Remove the microphone from the computer base.
Replacing the Microphone
1.
Place the microphone in the slot in the computer base.
2.
Connect the microphone cable to the connector on the system board.
3.
Follow the instructions in
Replacing the Palm Rest
.
4.
Reinstall the memory modules and Mini-Cards, if any.
5.
Reinstall the ExpressCards in the ExpressCard slot, if any.
