Possible causes and remedies

The picture moves vertically during
picture search mode.

• Adjust the vertical hold control on the TV or color

monitor.

The sound drops out.

• The cassette is defective. Use a new video cassette.

Stereo recording cannot be made.

AUTO STEREO is set to "OFF” in the SET UP MENU.
