Labeling a cassette
If you use a tape with cassette memory, you can label a cassette. The label can consist of
up to 10 characters and is stored in cassette memory.^When you insert the labeled
cassette and set the POWER switch to VTR, the label is displayed for about 5 seconds on
the LCD screen, in the viewfinder or on the TV screen.
(1) Insert the cassette you want to label.
t2) Press MENU to display the menu on the LCD screen.
(3) Tum the control dial to select BD, then press the control dial.
(4) Tum the control dial to select TAPE TITLE, then press the control dial.
(5) Tum the control dial to select the column of the desired character, then press the
control dial.
(6) Tum the control dial to select the desired character, then press the control dial.
(7) Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you finish the label.
( 8 ) Turn the control dial to select [SET], then press the control dial.
