Opening and closing side trim panel
You must open the side trim panels in the
cargo compartment before you can replace
the tail lamp bulbs.
Left side trim panel
Right side trim panel
X Opening: Turn lock : counterclockwise
by 90° and remove side trim panel ;.
X Closing: Insert side trim panel ; and turn
lock : clockwise by 90°.
Tail lamp unit
X Open the respective side trim panel

X Pull off plug :.
X Press retainers ; in direction of the
arrows simultaneously and remove the
bulb carrier.

Rear fog lamp (driver’s side only), tail lamp
C Side marker lamp
X Bulb =, ? and B: Press respective bulb
gently into the bulb socket, turn it
counterclockwise and remove the bulb.
X Insert the respective new bulb into the bulb
socket and turn the bulb clockwise.
X Bulb A: Pull bulb out of the socket.
X Insert the new bulb into the bulb socket.
X Bulb C: Turn the bulb counterclockwise
and remove it from the back of the bulb
carrier.
