Seat lid assembly.
If installing the Turbo Flush, do so before
continuing with the restroom assembly.
Position the tank in the base as shown. Place the toilet seat on the tank and insert
the screws through the seat hinges and
tank. Attach the plastic nut to the screws and
tighten.
Note: When installing all lag screws with rubber clad washers. Tighten Only until rubber washers begin
to flatten (take care not to strip screws).
Install all lag screws perpendicular to the surface they are going into!
Install Left, Right, and Rear panel on Turbo base (3 piece Black Runners) or Roto-molded base (grey)
Install Base and Panel
flush at this edge before
fastening together with
lag screws.
(Note: very important
for either style base) Push panel firmly against the base with foot
and install (2) lag screws PN 13860
vertically into the two dimples in the front
pocket of the Turbo base. On Roto-mold
base insert 1 lag screw PN 13860 through
hole in panel & into cored hole in base & 1
lag into dimple. Install (1) lag screw PN
13860 horizontally into
the dimple just below the
front pocket.
Repeat step for both sides. Position the rear panel so that
it is centered on Base, as
shown.

Install Rear panel on Turbo Base or Rotomolded base
Install center screw in the bottom
of the Rear Panel into center base.
Use 5/16" x 3/4" screw PN 16808
on turbo base with Torx driver. Use
#14 x 1-1/2" lag screw PN 13860
with hex driver in Roto-base Install (2) screws PN 16808 in
the outside bottom 2 holes in
turbo base. Install (2) screws PN
13860 in the outside bottom 2
holes of the roto-mold base.. Install the center screw PN
16808 (3
rd from the top) from
rear into both side panel clips
using the Torx bit in the
driver.
Finish installing screws PN
16808 from the bottom up
on the left panel. Squeeze
the panels together when
fastening. Repeat for right
panel.
