Other Scanning Techniques
This section describes how to scan using the Job Mode and how to use the Count
Only Mode to count the number of document pages. It also includes information
about how to use the patch code sheet to perform automatic batch separation.
Using the Job Mode for Scanning
The Job function is not supported on a computer that is running Windows NT. If you
want to use the Job function, run the scanner with a computer running a supported
operating system other than Windows NT.

Set the Event function.

Use Job Registration Tool to register a job.

Press the Job [
▲] key to enter the Job Mode.
This causes the job number screen to appear on the display panel.

Use the Job [
▲] and [▼] keys to select the number of the job (01
through 99) you want.
