Advanced operations
Program play

You can program up to 32 items (discs or tracks) to play in the order
you choose.
1
Press [PLAY MODE] while stopped.
The illustrated screen appears.

Press [DISC 1~5] to select the disc.
• Track 1 on the disc is automatically selected.
•To enter the disc as one item, press the cursor buttons
[ A , T ] to select “All” and press [ENTER].

Press the numeric buttons to select
the track
(■♦ item ® on page 7 for number entry).
• Repeat steps 2 and 3 to enter other discs and tracks.
•To select tracks on the same disc, simply press the numeric
buttons to select the next track.

Press [► PLAY].
The items are played in the programmed sequence.

• You can enter tracks and discs the unit cannot find, or DVDs, if the
unit has not read the disc, but these are cleared during play.
• If you enter a 33rd item, it replaces item 32.
• Empty trays can be entered in the program but are cleared during
play.
• You cannot start play by pressing [DISC 1-5] white in the program
mode.
To exit the screen
Press [PLAY MODE] twice.
For your reference
You can also program items with the cursor buttons.
1. Press [PLAY MODE] while stopped.
2. Press [ENTER].
3. Press the cursor buttons
[ A , T ] to select the disc and press
[ENTER].
4. Press the cursor buttons [ A , ▼] to select the track and press
[ENTER],
Repeat steps 2 to 4 to program other items.
5. Press [► PLAY],
To add or change items
1. Press [■ STOP] twice during play to show the program play
screen.
2. Press the cursor buttons [ A , T ] to select an available item, then
repeat program play steps 2 and 3 above.
Press [-<-^, ►► SLOW/SEARCH] to turn the program list pages to
make the selection faster.
To return to normal play
1. Press [■ STOP] twice during program play.
(Program play is suspended.)
2. Press [PLAY MODE] twice.
3. Press [► PUY],
•The program is retained in memory.
Operation by observing the unit’s FL display
• Use [DISC 1 -5] and the numeric buttons to enter items.
•To check the program, press the cursor buttons
[ A , ▼] while
stopped. Each time you press the cursor buttons [ A , ▼], the
program contents (disc/track/program number) will be displayed.
