Importing SAP Transports

All SupplierExpress integrations require that you import and apply the transports in

the 1_Kofax_SupplierExpress_Transports folder. If you installed the Kofax Capture

Integration or the Direct ERP Integration, import and apply the transports from both folders

(1_Kofax_SupplierExpress_Transports and 2_Kofax_SupplierExpress_Transport_KC-

DirectERP).
Caution The Read Me file in each transport folder provides transport names and the order to

use for importing individual transports. Failure to follow the import sequences documented

directly impacts SupplierExpress functionality.

If you installed the MarkView Integration, only import the transports from the first folder.

Importing the additional transports prevents SupplierExpress from working.

1 Navigate to the SupplierExpress Agent installation directory and the transports

directory. For example
cd /<se-agent>/transports

2 Extract 60SupplierExpressSapTransports.zip, which adds the following folders to the

transports directory:
▪ 1_Kofax_SupplierExpress_Transports
▪ 2_Kofax_SupplierExpress_Transports_KC-DirectERP

3 Open 1_Kofax_SupplierExpress_Transports and read the readme to determine the order

in which to import the transports.
If you installed the MarkView Integration, follow the guidelines in

Importing

Transport Files

on page 36 to import the transports.

▪ If you installed the Kofax Capture Integration or the Direct ERP Integration, go to the

following step.

4 Open 2_Kofax_SupplierExpress_Transports_KC-DirectERP and read the readme to

determine the order in which to import the transports.
Caution If you installed the MarkView Integration, only import the transports from the

first folder. Importing the additional transports prevents SupplierExpress from working.

5 Follow the guidelines in

Importing Transport Files

on page 36 to import the

transports. The import sequence is important. Following the order specified in the

readme files:
a Import the transports from 1_Kofax_SupplierExpress_Transports first.
b Import the transports from 2_Kofax_SupplierExpress_Transports_KC-DirectERP

second.

Importing Transport Files

Use the procedures that your company currently has in place to import MarkView transport

files into your SAP system. See the read me text files, which include the order in which to

import transports, for more information.
