4 Click Upload to find and add your company logo, which will appear in the logo block.
SupplierExpress supports the use of GIF, JPG, and PNG graphics files.
5 To see how your logo size compares to the recommended logo size, select the Indicate
recommended size check box. A colored rectangle appears around the logo showing the
recommended size.
Selecting a logo that is too large can impact the page layout and readability.
6 Complete the fields on the page:
▪ Enter the <text> to use as a default message when you invite suppliers to register with
SupplierExpress.
▪ Specify how many times SupplierExpress will automatically re-invite suppliers who
do not respond to the invitation.
▪ Specify how often SupplierExpress will re-invite suppliers who do not respond.
7 Click OK.
Entering SAP Information
The SAP option only appears when you install SupplierExpress at an SAP site. SAP settings
are optional.
1 Log in to SupplierExpress and select Tools > Company Settings.
