Caution Load the transports in the sequence defined in the read me files. Loading the

transports in the wrong order can cause import errors.

Use the following procedure as a guideline. Do not import the issue_resolution transports.

1 From the location where you extracted the zip file, load the appropriate files in the

cofiles and data directories on the SAP server.

2 Log in to SAP as a user authorized to import SAP transports. Navigate to the Transport

Management System (transaction code STMS).

3 Click the Import Overview icon (F5) in the top left corner of the window. The Import

Overview window opens, displaying the import queues for your system.

4 Double-click the import queue row to use for the transfer. The system opens the Import

Queue window. Select the import queue that matches your system.

5 Select Extras > Other Requests > Add.
6 In the Add Transport Request on the Import Queue window, enter the first transport

request and click Continue (green arrow) or press Enter.

7 Select the request (transport number) and click Import Request (Ctrl-F11).
8 Specify the Target Client and any other import options to use.
9 Click Continue (green arrow) or press Enter, and click Yes at the prompt to start the

import.

10 To verify that the transport was imported without error:

a Refresh the import queue to check the status of the import. When the status changes

to a yellow triangle, the import is completed.

b Select the transport request and click the Logs icon (Ctrl-F4).
c Verify that the log contains no errors.

11 (MarkView Integration only) To get an accurate list of possible collisions, run the

MarkView Pre-Installation Check report (/S170/MVPIC) before you import additional

transports.
▪ If the MVPIC report lists possible collisions, contact Kofax Technical Support or work

with your project team to resolve the issue.

▪ If the MVPIC report does not list any possible collisions, continue importing the

transports.

12 Repeat the procedure until you load all of the transport files.
13 After loading all of the required transport files, proceed as follows:

If you installed MarkView Integration, go to the next section,

Adding Database

Indexes to Enhance Performance

on page 38.

▪ If you installed Kofax Capture Integration or Direct ERP Integration, go to the page for

your operating system and restart the Agent:
