Oven Racks and Convection Roasting Rack

C’lean the oven racks and the convection
roasting rack with an abrasive cleanser or
steel wool, j'yter cleaning, rinse the lacks
and rack with clean w'ater and diy with a
clean cloth.

NOTES:

The oven racks and convection roasting rack

maybe cieanedin the self-cleaning oven.

However the racks will darken in color, lose

their luster and become hard to slide if

cleaned during the self-cleaning cycle. You can

wipe the rack supports with cooking oil after

self-cleaning to make the racks slide more

easily.

■ ■ On double wall ovens, the rack design is

unique for the upper Trivection™oven. Due to

this, the upper oven racks and the lower oven

racks are not interchangeable.

Oven Heating Elements

Do not clean the broil element. Any soil

will burn off when the element is heated.

To clean the area below' the bake
element, genth’ lift the element and
clean with w'ami, soajoy w'ater.

After broiling, remove the broiler
pan from the oven.

Broiler Pan & Grid

Do not clean the broiler pan or grid in a

self-cleaning oven.

jAFter broiling, remove the broiler pan
from the oven. Remove the gild from the
pan. Careftilly pour out the grease from

the j:>an into a proper container.

Wash and linse the broiler jjan and giid
in hot w'ater with a soa|>filled or plastic
scouting pad.

If food has burned on, sprinkle the giid

with detergent while hot and cover with
wet paper towels or a dishcloth. Soaking

the pan will remove burned-on foods.

Both the broiler pan and giid may be
cleaned with a commercial oven cleaner.

Both the broiler pan and grid can also be
cleaned in a dishw'asher.

Do not store a soiled broiler pan and grid
anywhere in the oven.

Control Panel

If desired, the touch pads maybe deactivated
before cleaning.

Clean up splattei's with a damp cloth.

You may also use a glass cleaner.

Remove heavier soil with w'ann soapy

W'ater.

Do not use abrasives of any kind.

Reactivate the touch pads after cleaning.
