You can print out the following lists and reports under function item 3. PRINT REPORTS.

1. ACT. REPORT
The Activity Report lets you know
whether transmissions and incoming
faxes were received.
2. ALL DiAL
This is a list of the names and numbers
which are stored in One-Touch and
Speed-Dial memory. Printed in One-
Touch and Speed-Dial number order.
3. TEL. INDEX
(only for FAX-680)
The same as the All Dial list but printed
in alphabetical order.
4. COVERPAGE
(3. for FAX-600)
This allows you to check the Cover Page
format.
5. CALL BACK MSG
(4. for FAX 600}
Used to check the Call Back message
format.
6. USER OPTIONS
(5. tor FAX-600)
The settings for FUNCTION 3-7 (3-6
for FAX-600) and 5 to 7 (Cover Page,
Tone/Pulse, Ring Delay, etc.) are printed
here.
7. XMIT REPORT
(6. for FAX-600)
You can set up whether the transmission
verification report will be printed after
all sending fax, or not.

Helpful Hints
• If you do not need ACS check sheet, press <— (left arrow) and —► (right arrow)
simultaneously.
• If you press <— (left arrow) and —► (right arrow) simultaneously again, ACS
check sheet will be printed out automatically.
