REPLACING THE TONER CARTRIDGE AND DRUM UNIT
Follow these steps to replace the toner cartridge;
1) Turn off the power switch and unplug the
power cord.
2) Open the top cover. To remove the drum
unit, hold each side of the drum by its
handles and gently lift the drum forward
toward you.
NOTE:
• Make sure the top cover is completely
open, by lifting it until the latch clicks
into place.
• We recommend you place the drum
unit on a drop cloth or large piece of
disposable paper to avoid spilling and
scattering the toner.
WARNING
Just after you have used the machine,
some internal parts oi the machine
will be extremely HOT! So, never
touch the shaded parts shown in the
left illustration.
