Click the Add/Delete button.
A list displays the names of the printers that can be used on the network.
z If the printer to install is not listed, click the Cancel button at once. Check the LAN
cable connection and make sure that the printer is switched on, then click the Add/
Delete button again.
z If the printer is still not listed after doing the procedure above, then do the
procedure below to install the port manually.
1. On the Add/Delete Printers for Driver Installation screen, click the Cancel
button to close the screen, then click the Back button to return to the Printer
Installation screen.
2. Select “Manually Set Port to Install” then click the Next button.
3. On the “Connection method selection” screen, select “Other Connection
Methods” then click the Next button.
