Pausing and Resuming Play
Operating the movie control panel
• You may experience frame dropping and audio breakup when
playing back a movie on a computer with insufficient system
resources.
• Movies shot with other cameras may not play back on this camera.
See List of Messages (p. 134).
• You can adjust the playback volume of movie clips in the (Set
up) menu.
• Use the television’s controls to adjust the volume when playing a
movie on a TV set (p. 127).
Press the SET button during
playback.
The movie playback pauses. Press it again
to resume.
1 Select a movie and press the SET
button (p. 93).
The movie control panel will display.
2 Use the or button to select one
of the following and press the SET
button.
: Exit (Ends playback and returns to
single image playback. Pressing the
Menu button also returns to single
image playback.)
: Play
: First Frame
: Previous Frame (Rewinds if the SET
button is held down)
: Next Frame (Fast Forwards if the SET
button is held down)
: Last Frame
: Edit (Switches to movie editing mode)
