SETTING YOUR RESTING HEART RATE
Your Resting Heart Rate is a useful reference for tracking your fitness progress. As you
gain fitness, your Resting Heart Rate will lower.

NOTE:

it is recommended to check your Resting Heart Rate just after waking in the morning. For best results, check your Resting

Heart Rate under consistent conditions.

1.

In Resting Heart Rate mode,

PRESS & HOLD

the

HEART RATE SENSORS

until heart

rate is acquired.

2.

An audible beep will sound. Your Resting Heart Rate will be displayed and recorded.
